Axial force sensor

On November 7, the company will showcase "Axial Force Sensor,” which is designed, developed and tested by its Research, Development & Design Center and the Precision Locknut Inspection Lab. The sensor is intended for precision locknut installed on the spindle. It measures how much axial force gain after tightening the locknut, and applying the tightening torque on it. Also, the user can check whether the quality of the spindle is stable or not during installation. The sensor can also analyse the axial force data at the same time. Currently, Yinsh provides three specifications of the axial force sensor. It can cooperate with up and down specific washers to measure the axial force of locknuts from M40 to M170. The maximum axial force it can measure is up to 4000kgf.
