Barry Callebaut opens chocolate academy center

Barry Callebaut announced on 28 January the inauguration of its Chocolate Academy Centre in Banbury, UK. 

 

 

The newly revamped Academy will provide global and local food manufacturers, as well as artisans and professional chocolatiers, with improved facilities and support for training. According to the company, the Banbury centre will also be the hub for exploring and innovating on new trends, techniques and recipes in chocolate. It is expected to help meet demand for high quality chocolate in the UK. 

 

 

Barry Callebaut has 23 Chocolate Academy Centers across the globe, with over 60,000 chocolate aficionados who participated in training sessions during fiscal year 2018/19.
