The bottom-loading technology has been designed from the ground up to be washdown-ready. Features include minimal horizontal surfaces and overhead-mounted electrical enclosures that will make cleaning the machine simple and straightforward, especially in the food and beverage industries. Servos are used for all major machine motions and timing belts for the main drive. The new bottom loader comes ProAdjust-ready, so changeover is a breeze. Automated adjustments make changeovers fast, accurate, repeatable, and reliable.

Intelligent Illumination™ features:

• The machine detects when attention is needed and immediately initiates the LEDs at that specific location to illuminate in a particular color.

• The color not only alerts the operator to the machine condition, but directs them to the precise area that needs attention.

• Once the operator has opened the guard door where the problem exists, the lighting within the machine turns to white Task Lighting, which allows proper visibility for the operator.

• If the machine is running smoothly and requires no attention, the LED lighting will glow with a soothing blue.
