Camilla Nobler on Acetificio Andrea Milano vinegars

Acetificio Andrea Milano is an Italian company that started producing vinegars aged in chipboard barrels in 1889. Modern processing replaced these barrels with acetifying machines, but according to the company, they have kept to tradition particularly on product quality.

 

At Thaifex 2019, export manager Camilla Nobler talks about the company's products including conventional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and newer vinegars such as the Detox Organic Apple Cider Vinegar infused with cinnamon and turmeric.
