Chuan Lih Fa to introduce intelligent machine model at TAIPEIPLAS 2016

Chuan Lih Fa Machinery Works Co., Ltd. (CLF) celebrates its 50th anniversary with a  “a new generation is changing” motto and a new corporate logo. The half a century growth of the company is reflected in its latest generation of injection molding machines that it will show at TAIPEIPLAS 2016.

Inserted with new elements to enhance productivity and move forward to achieve the goals of Industry 4.0, the company's latest model, the CLF-230TW-i multi-function intelligent lubricating plastic injection machine, is packed with latest features in its innovative design that not only shows improved and more refined appearance but also offers a host of advanced functions.

The “Stealth technology” leads the way in innovative appearance that reflects “apparent geometry cutting” symbolizing speed, science and technology, creating brand recognition for CLF machines. The machine also features automated production monitoring system with  mold, manipulator, peripheral equipment integrated into the system. The newly patented interior closed-loop oil circulation system of toggle mechanism helps improve machine life-cycle, stability, precision, energy saving, less oil consumption. The smart (predictive) sensing technology integrated monitoring and control system records and analyzes data that plays the most important role in predictive maintenance.

The unit is equipped with far infrared ray heaters and real-time monitoring system for production and mold prevention. It is also supported by an automatic clamping force monitoring and adjustment system, as well as a real-time power consumption monitoring.

CLF’s machine design is moving forward to achieve smart manufacturing and the company has been working hard to add integrated correlative elements that will push the production unit into intelligent and highly efficient manufacturing system.
