Constantia Flexibles upgrades subsidiary in India

PARIKH Packaging, the subsidiary of Constantia Flexibles in India has been upgraded with manufacturing equipment to meet customer needs in food and home and personal care.

The facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat now has a printing line including online colour defect detection, which according to the company is the first in India. A new laminator includes cold seal technology, as well.  Acquired by Constantia in 2013, the facility has a total printing capacity of 300 million sqm, and is the fourth production unit at Gujarat for the company.
