DSM to sell Solutech to Lydall, Inc.

Royal DSM N.V. announced that a definitive agreement has been signed tose llits So lutech business to Lydall, Inc., the United States-based specialty engineered product s manufacturer. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed. The DSM Solutech business, which primarily consists of two production facilities in the Net her lands , contributed approximately EUR 3 million to DSM''s total net sales in 2007 . Lyd all has been a development partner for So lutech since 2007 and as part of the agreement DSM will continue to cooperate wit h Lydall. Lydall, Inc. is a New York Stock Exchange listed company, head quartered in Manchester , Connecticut. It has operations in the US, France, and Germany and sales off ices in Europe and As ia.
