Efficient forming/punching technology

The RDM-K machines with the forming / punching technology stand for precision mechanical drives, high molded part quality, performance and reliability. The user has an extensive product-oriented series with different form surfaces and equipment available. The form table of the K-machine tilts after the molding process by 80 ° in the direction of film flow. In this position, push the ejector cup in the stacker. This tilting movement allows for multi-row tools secure discharging and stacking of the molded parts.

 

 

Thermoforming machines and 3rd generation tools allow significantly higher production speeds and perform an optimized and accelerated form process to significantly improved molding qualities.
