Shine Well Machinery Co., Ltd takes injection molding to a higher level with its CX Series Toggle Energy Saving Injection Molding Machine.
Injection molding machinery manufacturer, Shine Well Machinery Co., Ltd, takes injection molding a step higher with its CX Series Toggle Energy Saving Injection Molding Machine. The model has a clamping force ranging from 60 ton to 1600 tons and ideal for a wide range of applications. The high-speed toggle design with extension of tie bar clearance guarantees higher productivity when compared with conventional toggle design.
 
The injection unit is supported by linear guideway for less friction on injection and carriage motions. Centralized grease lubrication pump featuring LUBE Japan enables thousands of cycles for single lubrication to save grease consumption.  Standard hydraulic design of logic valve on clamping and injection units ensures greater efficiency in operation.

For the CX series, its well-designed concept of high speed toggle to save dry cycle time will enable customers to upgrade its productivity by as much as 15% when compared with conventional machine is at least 15% increase. A wider platen size allows end user to load more injection molds of different sizes that also upgrades machine availability and flexibility. Moreover, the injection unit is modularized installation on single clamping unit to meet different molding requirements. 
 
In addition to the standard features on the energy-saving machine, and for the purpose of achieving smart production, Shine Well has also introduced a new molding technology, for example, the i-Clamp force control program which can monitor and adjust real clamping force in each cycle to ensure that clamping force is precisely controlling long-term production. There are several advantages and these include:  equal quality of molding parts; complete air breathing of mold; less possibility of damage on parting surface due to proper clamping force; less friction caused on machine moving parts (e.g. toggle joints);  longer life of toggle components; prevention of tie bar breakage due to uneven clamping force distribution.
 
By configuring i-clamp force control program, the clamping force  can control within 1.5 tons tolerance and this will help customer as the machine will require less maintenance, while upholding the quality of molding parts.  
 
Since energy saving nowadays has been a key factor in the choice of injection molding system, the CX model from Shine Well can very well enable the customers to save more than 50% energy consumption compared to conventional type. In addition to energy saving, improved productivity is guaranteed through less wastage. Overall, the CX series is Shine Well’s take in providing intelligence molding technologies.
