Fu Chun Shin offers a hybrid injection molding machine

THE AF series is the combination of the best features found in both hydraulic and electric injection machines. On one hand, its electric structure enables high precision processing and fast charging with less power consumption. On the other hand, the hydraulic structure maintains the specific feature of holding stabled high-pressure clamping.

Its injection unit features an AC Servo Motor for charging material and a closed-loop design to adapt to MOOG Valve for a precise motion control. The injection speed can reach up to 700 mm/sec. The clamping unit was designed using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure the machine’s durability under high-speed production. It is also equipped with a new controller featuring a user-friendly operating interface. With its new controller, the machine can work repeatedly with reliable stability.

The AF series works accurately and uses less energy and it can provide high torque output using its hydraulic features. It is suitable for producing tiny, ultra-thin-walled, and complicated 3C electric precise products.
