HCH offers comprehensive production solutions

Heng Chang Machinery (HCH) has been growing rapidly in recent years as the company has very strong technical background in motion control. Mr. Luke Lu, Vice General Manager of the company said HCH is committed to creating "China created" brand, for which the company continues to strengthen their manufacturing capability to ensure product quality. HCH’s annual investment in new products and new technologies accounted for 6 % of sales revenue. HCH is now a popular supplier in the disposable hygiene products market.

 

HCH showcases three HCH displays: Full width waistband baby diaper production line, with full servo control and speed of 500, 600 to 800 ppm; AI-300PPM adult pull-up diaper (speed 300ppm) machine. Luke expects that in China the demand of adult diaper machine will continue to grow as the population is aging. It is said that by 2050 more than a quarter of the population will be over 65 years old.

 

HCH will roll out new launches with higher speed, efficiency, quality in the coming years. The company will also produce packing equipment in order to bring to customers not only products, but also comprehensive manufacturing solutions.
