Heat & Control’s MasterTherm Kettle Fryer (MTKF) can yield 500 finished pounds of batch fried potato chips per hour.
The fryer’s thermal fluid heat exchanger ensures gentle and uniform oil heat. The electropolished heating tubes expand independently to reduce damage from thermal stress and are spaced wide enough for easy cleaning.
The MTKF retains heat for high energy efficiency and steam blankets the oil to purge the oxygen and prolong oil life. PLC control keeps the temperature profile consistent and stores multiple product profiles for quick changeovers. The Chip-Stirr paddle system automatically agitates and removes the potato slices from the fryer. A full-length hood cover ensures safety and reduces exhaust volume.
