The SG-EB series

 

The SAL-EB series adopt high pressure carbon brush blower under single-phase voltage, with compact and light structure, strong loading power and mounting convenience, which are suitable for powder and granules mixing.  

 

The SAL-G-EB series models are suitable for “one-to-one” feeding in long distance. The main unit and hopper separate design satisfies customer’s demands.

 

The SVM-EB series feature simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, fast speed and perfect mixing performance, which are suitable for powder and granules mixing. It is a kind of ideal mixing device mainly for plastics mixing and blending, and also can be widely used in plastics, powder, metallurgy and ceramics industries.   

 

The SIC-A/W-EB series are applicable for cooling moulds to reduce products molding cycle time; also they are available as cooling equipment to maintain a normal temperature.  

 

THe STM-EB series are applicable for heating up moulds and maintaining temperature, and they also can be used in other similar applications. Firstly, these series adopt different cooling methods (oil media is indirect cooling, and water media is direct cooling) to cool down the media, and then it is conveyed to the moulds after pressurised by pump and heated up by electrical heated tube. As medium, the water could reach 120℃ and oil could reach 200℃.

 

The SG-EB series have reasonable structure, safe and reliable that conform to economic benefits. They are suitable for centralised granulating of plastic materials from injection moulding, blow moulding and extrusion moulding or wastes.
