High-speed servo beam robots

Alfa Auto Machinery Co., Ltd, a Taiwan-based company, offers the Redstone series of AC servo beam robots which is applicable to all types of horizontal injection moulding machines from 50t to 800t. 

 

The full AC servo motor is driven on each axis, and features super high-speed take out. Using linear slide rail, the robots do not need adjustment of the gap. The model guarantees stable, wear-proof and long operational life.  

 

 

Aside from high-speed take-out robots, the company also provides insert moulding, picking up the insert of two combined IMM, IML and collocation of peripheral automation. These machines are ideal for the production of home appliances, communication products, computer peripheral, office products as well as for food packing, toy, PET, precision gear, etc.
