Highly productive thermoforming

The GEISS AG booth at PLASTINDIA promoted its comprehensive portfolio of machines for plastic processing, which include thermoforming machines and CNC trimming machines. At present more than 4250 machines designed and manufactured by GEISS are now operational all over the world.  

 

The GEISS product range includes Thermoforming machines (U and T series), CNC-controlled trimming machines, CNC-controlled ultrasonic, cold knife or laser cutting machines, trimming jigs, special machines such as the TT-in-one machine, horizontal bandsaws, as well as tools, patterns and moulds. Applications of these machines include the prodution of thermoplastics, wooden paneling, blow moulded parts, thermoplastics and/or duroplastics, shaped plywood parts, honeycomb lightweight materials, pattern-making foams, tool making & prototyping etc

 

 

Right from the construction of the first deep-drawing machine GEISS is offering thermoforming machines of the U and T series. assembly hall of GEISS Thermoforming machines. The machines essentially consist of a closed machine box and are equipped with adjustable clamping frames, individually controlled heating elements for top and bottom heater, PC control panel, plug assist and cooling fan with water spray cooling.

 

Common features of the series U and T: all machines are certified to CE; due to the ideal working height  a platform or pit is not required; the unparalleled list of options for both series allows any specialisation and automation. Any adaptation or customisation is possible, be it to increase the degree of automation or flexibility, or the shortening  of retooling times.          

 

Thermoforming machine series T10 is presently the most productive GEISS thermoforming machine, sporting significantly reduced cycle times and a compact design.
