Shifting from roto molding to blow molding, Jagmohan has been able to introduce a far better technology that eliminates additional processes

Jagmohan is the first Asian company to manufacture and export 3000 liter blow molding machine for HDPE water tanks production in Nigeria. Aside from Nigeria, the compay has exported extrusion blow molding machines for water tanks to Kenya, Nepal, Italy, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. The machines are robust, producing quality tanks of HM-HDPE material which yield tanks that are lighter despite the thickness. Tanks made of HM-HDPE material have longer life span or more than 5 times the lifespan compared to LDPE tanks produced using roto-molding system.

Shifting from roto molding to blow molding, Jagmohan has been able to introduce a far better technology that eliminates additional processes such as pulverizing and pelletizing. The blow molding machines are simple and automatic, thus requiring less manpower and energy consumption while at the same time ensuring minimal breakdown. There is also an option of interchangeable molds which allow for various sizes and capacities using a single machine.

Jagmohan

Jagmohan today is known for its indigenous designs. Starting with single layer machines, Jagmohan has continued its innovation journey creating milestones from single layer to 5 layer water tanks. More layers gives customers the option of using regrind materials in inner layers and saving in virgin raw material and also provide option for incorporating additives and stabilizers.

Jagmohan is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company that emerged from the partnership of Mr. Jadish Shah and Mr. Mohan Singh Tetra in the area of plastics extrusion blow molding machinery. Today, the company is the only one in India to cover various applications from 200 ml to 5000 liter. Its state-of-art facility is located in Asangaon, Thane, India, and covers 1,00,000 sq.ft.  (10,000 sq.mt.), the largest in its category with capacity to structure more than 500 machine annually from 200 ml - 5000 liters.
