Irregular can vacuum seamer

THE S-C85 Automatic Irregular Can Vacuum Seamer with Clincher uses vacuum sealing to close irregular cans. Designed by Shin-I Machinery Works Co., Ltd, the seamer works efficiently to complete the packaging process which begins with filled cans being fed forward through a timing screw and a turret to meet with end (lid). A clinching chuck and two clinching rollers push food down and clip the end and can body together. The clinched can is then carried by a turret and chain toward a pocket of vacuum turret, with eight pockets, in the vacuum seaming station.

The seaming machine is ideal for seaming cans filled with meat or fish products under vacuum. Using a concise seaming head with adjustable chuck set also allows Shin-I to meet international standards.
