JBT offers two-zone spiral oven

JBT will showcase the Stein TwinDrum Spiral oven that offers efficient two-zone spiral cooking for high capacity applications, which provides uniform temperature and excellent roasting capabilities.

The two-zone spiral cooking has individual control in each zone of airspeed, temperature and humidity.

The oven features optimal airflow for smooth product temperature across the belt with unique diagonal airflow.

There are no critical components attached to the hood for ease of cleaning and maintenance, and the fans and motors are located low for easy maintenance.

The Stein TwinDrum Spiral oven has a low overall height, even with hood in open positions, and the minimum height as low as 4.2 metres. Other benefits are an integrated screw-jack system for lifting of hood (No support structure above hood), and superior colouring capabilities with temperature capability up to 250° C and high air speeds.
