Matcon moves APAC operations to Singapore

MATCON Group Limited, a leading provider of systems for handling powders, tablets and granules in portable containers (Intermediate Bulk Containers or IBCs) for batch powder processing, has officially relocated its Asia-Pacific operations from Sydney, Australia to Singapore, on 1 March 2015.

The new office is located within an IDEX Corporation regional building in East Jurong, Singapore.

“This move demonstrates our very strong commitment to supporting existing and future customers in this significant region. Local technical service support and a state-of-the-art testing facility will follow,” said Matcon Pacific general manager, Dave Newell who will lead the company’s Sales and Business Development in the region.

Whilst Matcon Pacific Pty Ltd will close its Sydney offices on 31 March 2015, the company will maintain its presence in Australia to support existing and future clients in Australia and New Zealand, through Customer Support managers, Mr Lou Tria  and Mrs Rina Wong.
