Ingredion's Tour of Tasty Trends activity will guide manufacturers on how to overcome processing challenges in creating snacks, dairy-based products, and more.  

Ingredion will take its Tour of Tasty Trends to Gulfood Manufacturing (6-8 November 2018, Dubai World Trade Centre). This feature demonstrates how food and drink manufacturers can overcome demanding processing challenges and meet consumer and industry needs, while retaining the deliciousness of their products.  On booth S2-D22, culinologists will present a selection of savoury products, snacks and dairy-based foods that tap into the latest consumer trends. Each culinary creation will incorporate new and existing ingredients such as highly functional starches and texturisers, hydrocolloids and clean label solutions.

Solutions to today’s manufacturing challenges

Ingredion’s on-stand concepts will tackle challenges including specific health and nutrition requirements, affordability and attaining the perfect consumer-winning texture. Showcasing its portfolio of functional ingredient solutions, the menu includes a cost-effective beef burger, an indulgent fat-reduced cream cheese served with perfectly crispy crackers and a deliciously luxurious clean label chocolate and pistachio-flavoured cream pudding.
