At IPF 2017, PLASCO promoted mainly its monofilament extrusion line and strapping band extrusion line for the Japanese market. This is due to the high demand of end-products where these machinery that are applied, such as in the production of fishing nets, fishing lines, strops, agriculture nets, straps – which are highly demanded products in Japan.
“Our focus at IPF is to look for customers who want replacements of old equipment in their factory in Japan, and also those who have overseas factories in Southeast Asia” General Manager Tony Wang said. It is the second IPF for PLASCO, and Mr. Wang observed the urgent need for the upgrading of machines among Japanese manufacturers, thus he is positive that PLASCO energy-saving extrusion lines and lean management in production will be beneficial to customers for their next generation factories.
Mr. Tony Wang
PLASCO’s monofilament extrusion line eliminates problems of plastics being tangled during production. It is also the signature equipment of the company that takes up 60-70% of its total sales. In the future, the production lines will try to incorporate the ability to process a wider spectrum of materials.
