POLYSTAR breaks sales record

Following a successful exhibition in Germany (K 2016), POLYSTAR breaks its sales record again with 175 recycling machines sold in the past 18 months (from January 2016 to June 2017), reaching another important milestone. 

Apart from the achievement in sales revenue, POLYSTAR has been improving its advanced yet simple recycling solutions technically to meet the demands of different industries. Both cutter compactor and single shaft shredder integrated recycling technology are provided for different in-house recycling needs.

Recycling made simple – for 30 years on and looking forward

Over the past 30 years, more than thousands of POLYSTAR recycling machines have helped worldwide plastic producers to reprocess their post-industrial (in-house) waste back into high quality pellets in a simple and easy way. 

POLYSTAR provides different recycling solution (different in production capacity and different shredding and cutting integrated technologies) for packaging film (blown and cast), raffia, injection molded, woven/non-woven, pipe extrusion and thermoforming. Depending on the user’s material type, industry, capacity requirement and space limitation, POLYSTAR is able to offer the suitable recycling solution.

Apart from a beautiful, compact machine design, the POLYSTAR’s engineering team designs the machines to be simple and focus on what’s most important for plastic producers who are looking for an easy and stable operation. With 30 years of manufacturing experience focusing on user interface and customer feedback, POLYSTAR has been able to develop simple solution and technology.

New plant 2018 and promotion plans

POLYSTAR will open its third assembly site at the end of 2018. The expansion of an additional 10,700 square meter factory aims to meet the continuously increasing customer demand. The new facility will increase not only production capacity but also quality standard. Customers will benefit from reduced lead-time of machines as well as in-stock spare parts. A new test facility will also be included with 3 complete recycling systems on display for international visitors.

POLYSTAR will also participate in 25 worldwide exhibitions in the year of 2017 and 2018 including Australia, Argentina, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Poland, Russia, Spain, Mexico, Turkey, Vietnam, UAE and others.

POLYSTAR’s best seller Repro-Flex series was first introduced in K Show 2013. An improved version was again presented in last year’s K 2016. Visitors will be able to see the Repro-Flex with live demonstration in the upcoming worldwide exhibitions.
