Printer works well in extreme environments

THE 88S Extreme System offered by BestCode allows the printing in real-time marks such as “Best By,” “Lot Code,” “Sell by,” and “Expiration Codes” to any substrate.

The machine works in most extreme wet and high-dust environments since it is protected by a 316 grade stainless steel corrosion resistant enclosure, and comes with the option for positive air system and printhead.

The model 88S prints options of one to five lines of text, barcodes or graphics at high speed. A complete range of dye and soft pigmented inks are available in several colors. It utilizes integrated RS232 and programmable inputsoutputs for remote control and communications. Typical applications mark and code one, two or three shifts per day or 24/7 operations, five to seven days per week, averaging 4,000 – 8,760 hours of annual operation.
