Propak China 2015 expands to five halls

The 21st edition of ProPak China, the nation's premier processing and packaging technology exhibition, returns to Shanghai New International Expo Centre, SNIEC, Pudong from 15-17 July 2015, and bigger than ever before. The show organizer, China International Exhibitions (CIE) announced ProPak China 2015 has expanded to five halls at SNIEC, an area of 61,000 square metres. Representing an increase of 25% over last year's show.

"The market for new and cost efficient processing and packaging technology continues to grow in China and ProPak China offers the most recognized event in the market for the industry to gather and do business every year" stated Brendan Jennings General Manager of CIE. "The Chinese domestic market is now the driving force of the national economy. Manufacturers are very aware they can no longer afford to deliver poor quality product to customers who have become selective in their purchasing. Quality and safety are key to sales of any products in China today but particularly for foods; beverages, dairy, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Quality conscious customers look for assurances of product safety and innovative packaging which requires the most advanced processing and packaging technology. The opportunities for sales of processing and packaging technology to Chinese manufacturers is very encouraging and explains why demand for space by Chinese and international technology companies continues to grow at ProPak China" commented Jennings.

ProPak China 2015 offers a platform for all suppliers of processing and packaging technology to all industries to meet their specialist target markets in China, all at one event. A total of 18,120 buyers attended the last edition in 2014. Every visitor to ProPak is seeking processing or packaging equipment for one industry or other. However, the largest buyers of this technology come from the food; beverage; dairy; cosmetics and pharmaceuticals industries. To help these specialist buyers find the most appropriate technology, the 2015 show will feature these industry sectors with the following show titles, FoodTek China; BevTek China; DairyTek China; CosmeticTek China and Pharmatek China 2015. Suppliers of processing or packaging technology for one or some of these industries will have the opportunity to be listed under each of these show titles in all the pre-show and on site publicity. Thereby, making it convenient for the specialist buyers to find the companies supplying technology for their industry in the exhibition. Giving further reason for industry specific managers, factory & plant managers, engineers and buyers to attend the exhibition, each industry subject will be represented at specialist seminars held during the show. Seminars that will review the latest processing and packaging technology for that industry.
