Proseal to exhibit at ProPak Asia

Proseal will join ProPak Asia for the very first time. The leading tray sealing specialist will display the latest models from its comprehensive tray sealer range that help food manufacturers maximise pack quality while lowering costs.

The Proseal GT0sMAX tray sealer, which through intelligent design enables very high throughput for such a small machine, will be among the main features at stand BJ31, Hall 102.

ProPak Asia which takes place from 13-6 June in BITEC, Bangkok, will be the first show the company has attended since winning a Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade. The prestigious honour recognised Proseal’s outstanding continuous growth over the last six years, which has seen it develop into new markets including Southeast Asia.

The compact GT0sMAX tray sealer is capable of sealing up to 60 atmospheric packs per minute on a three impression tool.

The high quality of the Proseal tray sealer range is ideally demonstrated by the GT0sMAX. An enhanced version of the Proseal GT0s tray sealer, the machine features an adjustment that maximises its chassis, therefore increasing seal capacity.

The Proseal GT0sMAX tray sealer features compact space-saving designs with high throughput and rapid tool changes, and is capable of sealing up to 60 atmospheric packs per minute on a three impression tool.

As the ‘S’ specification of the Proseal GT0MAX, the GT0sMAX has been designed for customers with more uniform pack requirements, and offers atmospheric, gas flushing and hermetic shrink sealing. For companies needing to switch frequently between different pack types, an ‘E’ version model is also available with additional sealing choices.

The machine features a rugged and hygienic food industry approved construction with washdown protection. A user-friendly menu driven control panel with step-by-step prompts, error and status displays, and batch pack counter ensures ease of set-up.

The machines on display at the Proseal stand will demonstrate the continually developing, high-quality product range offered by the company, which also includes the recently launched Quick Release (QR) Cartridge Tool.

The Proseal QR Cartridge Tool enables any tool to be quickly and easily removed and replaced in the event of a problem. All the elements that might need attention are contained within the cartridge, meaning repairs and adjustments can be carried out offline while the tray sealer continues to operate. This ensures that downtime is minimised and overall throughput maintained.

The QR Cartridge has joined Proseal’s QR Conveyor, which features a modular design that allows individual sections of the infeed and outfeed conveyors to be removed for maintenance and cleaning.
