Rajoo highlights advanced production systems at T-Plas 2015

T-Plas 2015 exhibitor, Rajoo Engineers Limited, promotes its latest technologies to the Thai market. According to Jinesh Shah, DGM-Sales at Rajoo, "We would be highlighting advanced technology and the range of solution we can provide at affordable investment level, such as the blown film line in collaboration with Hosokawa Alpine, Germany; sheet extrusion line with Meaf BV, Holland; foam extrusion line with Commodore Solution, USA; and range of PVC lines from JV with Bausano, Italy."

The company has been exhibiting at T-Plas and noted good response from visitors in the past editions. In particular, it successfully promoted its high output monolayer blown film line for shrink film application. "This line is in huge demand in Thailand and now we are putting extra focus on Thailand market for our other products," according to Mr. Shah.

Rajoo's Lamina series

Rajoo film production lines, such as the LAMINA series of sheet lines, are designed for absolute ease of operation and are available in a host of configurations to suit individual customer's requirements with output ranging from 110 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr, width ranging from 540 mm to 1400 mm, in single to five layer configuration for processing various polymers like PS, PP, PE and PET. Lamina rPET sheet line is a star performer suitable to process PET bottle flakes to produce sheet for various applications including thermoforming.  Another product is the Multifoil co-ex blown film lines which are backed by proven engineering experience of Rajoo for over two decades and are available in the widest range from two layer configuration for general purpose packaging film to nine layer line for barrier and technical grade films with output ranging from 120kg/hr to 1200 kg/hr and lay-flat width ranging from 600mm to 5000mm. Multifoil lines are available with advanced automation features like integrated gsm control, gravimetric blending and dosing, contact/non-contact type IBC system with pneumatic/digital correction, automatic thickness control, fully automatic center-gap-surface winder and integrated process control. A range of system solutions can be configured to adapt to the ultimate processing needs.
