Ringier honors plastics industry innovators

The 2009 Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for Plastics Industry recognised 33 latest technologies in a ceremony held on 17 September at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou in Guangzhou. Selected by a panel of experts, the 33 latest technologies are honored for their contributions to the success of China's plastics industry in the areas of Raw Material & Auxiliary Material, Injection Machine, Extrusion Machine, Blow Moulding, Moulds and Components, Auxiliary Equipment, Testing, Control and Automation, among others. The Ringier Technology Innovation Award is held annually as a tribute to companies in key industries such as food & beverage, plastics, plastics and metalworking. The Awards recognise those who have made the most significant contributions for the advancement of the industry through productivity increase, economic efficiency, market opportunity creation, and production process. All winners are selected by a group of independent judges composed of well-known industrial experts. Since 2005, the Awards have been duly acknowledged as one of the most prestigious in the industries covered.
