StackTeck at InterPlas Thailand

At InterPlas Thailand, StackTeck presented its range of plastic injection mould solutions for packaging applications. From product and mould design to complete systems integration, StackTeck develops injection moulds and systems, which provide effective and efficient production solutions in the industry. 

 

Through technical innovation in mould bases, quick product change and multi-level stack moulds, StackTeck differentiates itself by delivering higher productivity to the caps, closures, thin wall packaging, technical and medical markets. StackTeck Systems Ltd. is a global manufacturer of multi-cavity, high-volume production moulds for thinwall packaging, closures, personal care and medical products. We have an authorized sales representative based in Bangkok, Thailand and our presence at InterPlas Thailand would enable us to meet existing and new customers."  

 

Among its products, "Stack molds" are a series of moulding faces "stacked" together to create multiple faces or levels for moulding. Each level or face is a parting line and produces moulded products. The benefit of "Stack mold" is to create the output of a given moulding machine and operations. Stack molds applications include dairy food containers, lids and over caps, take-out food containers, thin wall articles, and cosmetic containers. 

 

Mr. Robertson further said that Thailand is a growing market for the company, although StackTeck has been supplying markets all over the world.
