At InterPlas Thailand, King Ultrasonic presents its Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine with: automatic frequency control that requires no adjustment in horn’s resonance; Special circuit design with resonance frequency compensation when loaded to improve welding ability; full bridge IGBT modules used in the generator to improve durability; PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) amplitude control, linear adjustment from 50%~100%; PWM controls vibration during start-up to prevent horn damage due to high voltage starts; and 8 selective start-up settings for ultrasonic activation.
