Walter develops new software solution

Walter AG has developed its new software solution "my.Walter" to solve this problem. This information portal can be custom configured to show only the information that is helpful to the specific user allowing customers, buyers, dealers and other users to ignore any information that is not relevant to them. New innovations, product ranges, order statuses and other categories can be grouped together using “cards,” which can then be arranged on the user's desktop by relevance: High to low, most content to least content – even in the order of the user's choice. There is also the option to add new buttons and delete existing ones as needed.

In addition to the categories named above, "my.Walter" offers users extra cards that they can add by drag and drop to tailor their personal configuration. During development, Walter placed particular importance on making its new portal easy to use: Users can log in simply by entering "my.Walter" in the browser toolbar. The content of the portal can even be accessed on multiple devices. The portal gives Walter customers an immediate and specificoverview of precisely the information that is relevant to them – without them having to search for and gather it themselves. The goal is to give users as much and as detailed information as possible to enable them to make informed decisions. To ensure that this information is always up to date, users can view notifications about updates (such as changes in order status) in a similar way to e-mails.
