Michael Hay, President

With over 40 years of international magazine experience, Mike has an extensive knowledge of trade publishing and the needs of China's and the rest of Asia's publishing industry. Mike was the Group Publisher of Asian Sources Media Group that is based in Hong Kong and Manila for seven years. He managed the largest division of company and launched several new trade publications. He was responsible for the significant growth of the company in China. Prior to Asian Sources, he was the Marketing Director of Time Magazine in Hong Kong. He also gained extensive trade magazine experience from Canada's two leading magazine publishing companies. He also owned and managed his own magazine, the Toronto Business.

 

Maggie Liu, Vice President 

Maggie Liu had over 20 years sales management experience in media industry. She is working in Ringier for 15 years, be familiar with the market trend of B2B industry both of China and Asian. Maggie now is Vice President , is managing all things in related regions.

 

Sydney Lai, Taiwan Manager /Marketing Director

Sydney has great marketing experience and conference/events experience for many years, she has good knowledge of kinds of marketing promotion and media. She joined Ringier in 2004, now she is Tai Sales Director and Marketing Director, responsible for marketing team and Taiwan sales.

 

Mandy Shao, Conference Director

Mandy Shao, has very extensive knowledge of Ringier events, industries and processes. She is Conference Director and responsible for managing whole conference team.

 

Lake Shi, Business Development Director

Graduated from the School of Journalism, Fudan University in 1997, Lake was the editor of Xinhua News Agency and the managing editor of 51job.com. Lake joined Ringier in 2003 for five years, experienced editorial, sales, project and publishing management functions. After 10 years as sales and marketing director in other B2B specialized digital media and event organizers, Lake rejoined Ringier in 2018 with his rich cross-media, cross-function and cross-industry experience, leading Ringier editorial content to go deeper into the industry, better meet the market needs, and maximize the value of specialized communication.
 
 

Shadow Yang Industry Research Director

Graduated from the School of MIS, East China University of Science and Technology, Shadow was an Editor-in-Chief, specializing in B2B manufacturing, such as Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Metalworking industries. She joined Ringier in 2010 as a senior content manager taking full charge of all metalworking-related titles. In 2018 and 2019, Shadow was responsible for editorial and event marketing at a Metalworking Association and a trade show organizer, Reed Expo. Shadow rejoined Ringier in 2020. She brings new ideas and offers new visions to Ringier editorial content, event marketing as well as team management.
 
 

Lily Ban, Deputy Industry Research Director

A bachelor's degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Lily Ban had nearly 10 years media editorial and industrial experience. She is familiar with the topic, conception content and the whole process of making and publishing of print and digital media. Ms. Ban joined Ringier in 2010. Now she is deputy industry research director of Chemical group, responsible for the content direction and strategy, leads relevant industry research team to innovate, and constantly keep the good quality of content.

 

Amy Shen, Database Manager

Ms. Shen has a great experience in industrial exhibition, integration of media resources and database management. She has been working in Ringier over 16 years. She is responsible for database analysis management.

 

Kelly Yu, Production Manager

Kelly Yu hold a publishing master degree and she had over 11 years working experience in Ringier. She is responsible for CRM system, contract system management, advertising production and web advertising process etc..
