Intended Use：   
Pans are fed automatically by bowl feeder, feed powder, pressing and also with pans clean (bottom and side) device.
This auto powder press machine, it can produce multi pieces pans each time (depends on pan size).
 
Feature：
1. Pans are fed automatically by bowl feeder. Number of pans for each mould：1~10 pcs（it depends on pans size）
2. Cam table with index system
3. Mould height and powder volume could be adjusted together slightly. Operate from touch screen.
4. Auto feed powder to mould, precise filling.
5. Sift powder on the surface to make it smooth and increase production rate.
6. Pressing system is driven by servo hydraulic, press from bottom to top. Low pressure and high pressure, and with air releasing function
7. Special design for top mould
8. Change mould more easy, top mould is use fast dismantle design
9. Digital hydraulic pressure control system, hydraulic pressure and speed are controlled by touch screen.
10. Could memory production parameter.
11. Mould diameter for pans is φ80mm
