At the AMB in Messe Stuttgart - from September 13-17 - robot cell manufacturer Cellro is presenting the latest functionality. Thanks to intelligent functions such as Job verification, unmanned production is becoming more predictable than ever. This way Cellro makes the step to unmanned production increasingly smaller for machining companies.
The latest robot cells, shown at the AMB, demonstrate Cellro's vision. Cellro wants to enable machining companies to respond quickly and flexibly to customer requests. The automation of high-mix-low-volume production has - in addition to large series - always been a spearhead. At numerous customers Cellro has now automated the production of these complex order flows. At the AMB Cellro will be demonstrating the smart functionality that makes this possible.
New: Job Verification
New features include Job verification. With this, the control system automatically checks whether machines, materials and all other supplies are available for the jobs to be performed. This allows the operator to avoid interruptions in automated production. This contributes to achieving the maximum number of spindle hours.
Roadmap
Cellro also developed a roadmap for machining companies that want to start automating production. Cellro expects the degree of automation in this sector to increase rapidly in the coming years. An important factor in this is the increasing scarcity in the labor market.
Establishment in Germany
With its trade fair participation in Stuttgart, Cellro is on familiar territory. The Dutch manufacturer of robot cells wants to establish itself close to its customers in Western Europe and therefore has an office and showroom in Brackenheim (GE). A growing number of German metal companies realize the automation of production together with Cellro.
