The master-batch feeder has user-friendly microprocessor control panels to ensure accurate dosing. By keying in the weight of the product, screw back time per shot, dosing capacity per turn, and the addition rate of the master-batch, the computer will calculate the revolutions per minute (RPM) automatically. It also has the function to store up to 10 sets of RPM setting. This function can save time to switch colour.
