Hoffmann Neopac unveils child-resistant barrier tins

Hoffmann Neopac, a global provider of high-quality metal and plastic packaging for pharma, beauty and oral care, is launching a fully metal version of its child-resistant high-barrier tins. The completely recyclable, mono-material CR Tins are ideal for a wide variety of dry and semi-dry cannabis products including edibles, CBD oils, creams, gummies and concentrates.

The new certified CR tins come in Ø 70 mm in three different heights that create volumes of 50 ml (Mini), 100 ml (Midi) or 500 ml (Maxi) for dry and semi-dry products. They are made of recyclable tinplate steel with a polypropylene (PP) plastic insert. It is certified according to the Code of Federal Regulations 16 CFR § 1,700.20.

Both the lid and body of the tins can be decorated, allowing ample, flat real estate for both mandated safety instructions and permissible branding.
