The overall market size of medical devices and consumables used in labs & diagnostics, drug delivery, infusion and other applications has already reached trillions of US dollars worldwide and is projected to sustain its significant growth moving forward. During the COVID pandemic, demand for blood collection tubes and syringes increased quickly along with testing and eventually vaccination being implemented at a global scale.

As we move past the pandemic, market demand for medical devices and consumables is expected to remain strong due to those key drivers: an increasingly aging population, a rising number of people with chronic conditions requiring treatments, and proliferation and widespread adoption of medical devices.

Companies that have started to operate their injection molding facilities for medical applications will discover that the medical sector presents vast opportunities for those willing to take the right path and meet stringent regulations. The right injection molding systems can enhance efficiency and productivity while overcoming the challenges inherent in a market that needs to conform to health standards.

The webinar, "Capitalizing on New Opportunities in Injection Molding for Medical Applications" on June 29th, from 3:15 - 4:15 PM (Singapore time) will have the expert from Husky Technologies present the latest trends and opportunities in the production of medical products utilizing state-of-the-art injection molding systems.
