Taiwan Takisawa: 50 years of marching forward to the future

Taiwan Takisawa is celebrating 50th anniversary and releasing new green smart machinery in TIMTOS 2023.

In 2022, Taiwan Takisawa reached the turnover and profit at historical high, we would like to thank our customers for their long-term support, good quality provided by our suppliers, and also continuous efforts from our employees to seek breakthroughs and innovations. We also thank everyone who supports and trusts our brand.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Taiwan Takisawa, it’s a great honor to introduce our latest developments and solutions. We are moving toward to "Green Smart Machinery" as goal to help customers decarbonize their production sites with high-precision and energy-saving solutions. Taiwan Takisawa not only builds smart and intelligent production lines in the factory, but also hopes to help customers reduce unnecessary waste and carbon emissions at the manufacturing site as contribution. We are working hard to continuously develop solutions and technology that reduce energy consumption of machine tools and peripherals.

We have new developments of smart lathes to contribute the environmental protection which can be defined as “Green Smart Machinery” with stable processing accuracy and meanwhile capable to reduce energy consumption. We will release these new developments in TIMTOS 2023 during March 6 to 11 in Nangang Hall 1 J0608, and share our new ideas and technologies, hoping to share and exchange technological development trends with you.

In particular, UX-2000 Tool Spindle Turing Center can replace a multi-machine production line consisting of milling, lathe, gear processing machines, and measuring systems. Reduce carbon emissions, increase utilization rate and reduce machining accuracy errors, with the design of the lower milling turret can perform dual-tool balanced cutting, shorten the processing time and perform 4+1 axis simultaneous machining. It is a highly engineering-intensive, Turn-mill multi-axis machine. Furthermore, UX-2000 just won 2023 Taiwan Excellence Award.

In addition, LA-350Y 15" High-rigidity Turn-mill Center is first released in TIMTOS. It is equipped with Takisawa home-made gearbox, same level as Japanese manufacturer, which provides high torque required for heavy cutting, shortens the processing time of difficult-to-cut materials and reduces carbon emissions. Box guide way on all axes with wide range of Y-axis travel, turret equipped with milling function and with 3 different turning length for selection. It’s a development of turn-mill center for machining of medium-large and complex parts.

We have total 6 new smart machines will be launched in this exhibition, they are equipped with intelligent software developed by Takisawa, including energy monitoring, processing optimization, processing monitoring and friendly operation interface. Among them, the smart energy monitoring system equipped with visualization and analysis of energy consumption allows the equipment to achieve the effects of carbon reduction, fuel saving, power saving, and implements the goal of net zero through a multi-pronged approach. At the same time, it can also reduce energy consumption and waste generation, and further implement our environmental protection concept and social responsibility.
