Vonco acquires Genesis Plastics Welding to broaden services and product lines

Vonco Products LLC, a leading plastic products and packaging manufacturer, has acquired Genesis Plastics Welding, an ISO 13485-certified thermoplastics contract manufacturer based in Indiana. This marks the third acquisition in as many years for Vonco, aiming to broaden its innovative services and product lines for customers.

The acquisition will enable Vonco to provide exceptional support and value to clients who need special medical devices, fluid bags, flexible packaging, contract packaging, and sterilization management. With Genesis Plastics Welding's expertise in radio frequency (RF) welding and heat-sealing manufacturing, Vonco will be able to expand its clean room manufacturing footprint and offer expanded product offerings such as bioprocessing, cell separation and culture, cryogenic storage, and blood bags.
