For tape extrusion, fibrillated tape extrusion, monofilament extrusion, and strapping band extrusion, Jenn Chong offers further 8 machine categories: the JC-FYS series for the production of general purpose tape, available in 85mm and 100mm screw extruder; the JC-FYH series conceived for maximum capacity for high quality tape production, available from 100mm to 120mm screw extruder; the JC-FYB series to produce fibrillated tape for rope, baler twine, insulated cable filler and other technical application; the JC-MNP series designed with single stage drawing for processing of PP and HDPE monofilament; the JC-MNN series monofilament extrusion line designed with two-stage drawing for process polyamide (PA6, 6.6), polyester (PET), and PP monofilament; the JC-MNB series designed exclusively for production of virgin and/or recycled PET monofilament for broom and brush application; the JC-ST/PP series for the production of PP straps commonly for light to medium load packaging; and the JC-ST/PET series designed with advanced technology intended to process treated 100% PET bottle and convert it into value-added PET strapping band.
