Middle East beverage event attracting global interest

TARGETING the buoyant Middle East beverage market, Dubai Drink Technology Expo presents worldwide range of non-alcoholic beverage products and services in the area of drink technology. The event is designed to promote the latest drink processing and packaging systems, light machinery, equipment, technology, materials and services to brand owners, retailers, beverage service operators, manufacturers and processors.

As a sign of the industry's expansion, Dubai Drink Technology Expo 2011 will be occupying double-scaled space at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre from 29th November to 1st December. The exhibition hall is approximately 7000 sq. meters, targeting over 5,000 B2B beverage professionals visitors and more than 300 international beverage exhibitors to meet the global beverage and technology industry needs.

The expo in 2010 welcomed exhibitors from the following countries: Saudi Arabia, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, India, Germany, USA, Poland, Egypt, Austria, Spain, China, and Cyprus. It showcased the innovation beverage, processing system, machinery products and presenting the cutting edge technology and latest market trends.

DDTE 2010 went on record as the greatest beverage event in the history of the Arab Beverage World. More than 9,000 trade visitors from 64 countries attended and half the total visitors came from outside the United Arab Emirates getting together to explore the new perspective in the international and regional beverage markets.

Throughout the three days, the exhibition brought fruitful results to everyone in attendance and been recorded high quality participants' profile. Overall, both exhibitors and visitors met their purposes and expectations by meeting the key players and decision makers in the industry. Unique and innovative ideas were generated, new friendships and partnerships were formed, and creating a remarkable statement to the positive and fast-growing Middle Eastern Beverage Market.

For the first time, too, a beverage congress addressing the concerns and requirements of the region will be held in conjunction with the fourth edition of the Dubai Drink Technology Expo.

GWBT Dubai

The first Global Water and Beverage Technology Congress (GWBT Dubai 2011) with the support of the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT), the American Beverage Association, and several other European and Asian Associations and Alliances. It is the first time that GWBT is being held in the MENA region, with the vision of:
