PROCTER & Gamble has recently announced David Taylor will replace A.G. Lafley as the company’s chief executive officer.
Taylor, who joined P&G in 1980 as production manager at the Greenville, NC facility, was previously the group president for global beauty, grooming, and health care. He became general manager of Hong Kong and China hair care in 1980 and took on several international posts before becoming president of global family care in 2005 and president of global home care in 2007.
Lafley rejoined P&G in 2013 after serving as president and CEO from 2000 to 2009.
