SINGAPORE – Food&HotelVietnam (FHV), the biennial premier trade show dedicated to the foodservice and hospitality industry in Vietnam, will be brought forward by five months in a strategic and long-term move to match the buying cycles of the Vietnamese market. Organised by Allworld member, Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd (SES) and local co-organiser, VCCI Exhibition Service (VCCI), the next edition of FHV will now be held from 24 to 26 April 2013, at the same venue, Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) at District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City.

As such, there is a notable increase in the buying of equipment, as well as food and drink supplies between the month of April and September. Moving FHV forward allows exhibitors to meet with buyers during the important purchasing period, as well as the growth of the exhibition, conferences, associated seminars, workshops and competitions.
