Symrise Acquires Belmay

Symrise has just announced that the company has acquired the global fragrance business of the Belmay Group. Belmay is headquartered in New York. The company develops and manufactures fragrances and fragrance oils.

Belmay's main market is North America, and its products are used for fine fragrances, cosmetics and air care products. The company's portfolio support's Symrise's plans for growth.

Ted Kesten, CEO, Belmay also own Scent 2 Market, a design, development and supply chain management company in the air care segment. Symrise and Scent 2 Market have also entered into an exclusive supply agreement.
