The Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) presented its 2013 Beauty Insiders' Choice Awards at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City on May 17.
Each year, CEW's 5,500+ members vote to choose the winners. In addition to the winners that are chosen by member votes, there are also three that are named “Best Sellers,” for cosmetics, skin care and fragrance, chosen by retail sales.
They are: L'Orèal Paris Colour Riche Nail; Estée Lauder Perfectionist CP+R Wrinkle Lifting Serum; and Lanc?meLa Vie EstBelle.
One brand was also chosen as a “QVC Beauty Quest Winner” - Neydharting Moor skin care. The brand will be featured on the television network during CEW’s Beauty Awards show on July 17th at 11:00pm ET.
