The com pany agreed to meet with the Blaser team to explore potential solutions. Blaser specialist, Irfan Aries, presented the Liquid Tool approach to key stakeholders across various departments at PT. Asia Express Solusi, including teams from Maintenance, Produc tion, Engineering, and Procurement. During this meeting, Irfan carefully noted the customer’s expectations, analysed the on-site challenges, and submitted a comprehensive value proposal.

 

PT. Asia Express Solusi was intrigued by the Liquid Tool approach and gave approval to move forward with the proposed plan. The project was launched under with clear objectives: to improve tool life and eliminate rust on the machines. Team of Mr. Yozi Fernandez- Engineering Head at PT. Asia Express Solusi and Blaser, closely monitored the test, ensuring thorough and trans parent evaluation throughout the process.

 

The results from the test were highly successful. Tool life saw a remarkable improvement of 30 percent. In addition, the machi nes remainedrust-free, with no signs of bacterial odors, resulting in cleaner and more hygienic work environment. The surface f inish on components also showed a noticeable improvement.
