Shini’s Open Day a big success

From April 15th to 17th, 2025, Shini Plastics Technologies (Dongguan), Inc. successfully held an open-day event. The occasion attracted over 500 customers, partners, and industry experts worldwide, all of whom witnessed impressive achievements in technological innovation and corporate culture development at Shini.

More than 200 companies have reached a preliminary agreement, and ten technological matters have been resolved. One hundred percent of guests are satisfied, and eighty-five per cent of participants expect to develop collaboration further.

Corporate Culture and Product Showroom: It's an innovation and legacy

The event's first stop was the Shini corporate culture and product showroom, themed "Innovation and Legacy." The showroom used various graphic data and real products to vividly showcase Shini's development history, core values, global presence, significant achievements, and product categories since its establishment in 1969.

Competence Technology: Visualize Smart Manufacturing

The guests visited Shini's smart unmanned manufacturing solutions in the smart showroom. The system integrates the central material processing system, central cooling water system, purified water system, compressed air supply system, power distribution system, automatic unpacking and palletizing robot, automated guided vehicle(AGV), energy monitoring, sLink， MES and other reliable hardware products, which can make the production more efficient and transparent, thus better improving the plant management workflow, the collection, management, analysis and traceability of manufacturing data such as materials, products, energy consumption and production, ensuring technological parameters can be collected and saved in time, realizing process data analysis and cost control.

Plant Visit Enables Visitors to Witness High-efficient Production

During the visit to the production workshop, all the guests experienced Shini's latest smart manufacturing technology, including a flexible production line, sheet metal flexible production line, large five-sided machining center, automatic production line, smart baking finish production line, smart logistics, 24hr logistics concept, stereoscopic warehouse, assembly process and comprehensive implementation of plant digital management experience, etc.  They exchanged opinions on how to introduce automatic equipment and information management systems. Moreover, Shini technician also showed how to promote green manufacturing, improve photovoltaic utilization, reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution, and practice sustainable development concepts, which the guests highly praised.

Technical Seminar Sharing and Exchanging

During the open day, Shini held a technical seminar where the professional technicians and guests had in-depth exchanges and discussions. The meeting focused on the hot issues and technology trends of the current plastics moulding and photovoltaic industries, covering intelligent manufacturing, green environmental protection and other aspects.

Integration of Ecology, Technology and Nature

To let the guests understand Shini better, the guests were also able to visit the Shini staff quarter, cafeteria, and recreation & living area. It is Shini's dream to design concepts that integrate ecology, technology, and nature into their construction.
