During routine visits, DPJF Marketing, OPC, noticed significant challenges at Kinergy‘s manufacturing facility. The floor shop was plagued by a foul odor, foaming, and skin irritation complaints from employees. These issues were attributed to the coolant being used during machining processes. Such challenges not only impacted the health and comfort of the workforce but also posed potential risks to productivity and overall working conditions. To address these concerns, DPJF Marketing, OPC suggested Blaser Swisslube’ s coolant.
A meeting was scheduled between Blaser specialist Vu Hai and Mr Allan Toriaga- Operations Manager of Kinergy wherein Liquid Tool approach was discussed. A detailed plan was set-up to define the project with clear test objective. Kinergy agreed to implement the test. The test was closely monitored, with both technical teams working together.
The test was a resounding success. After switching to Blaser coolant, the foul odor on the floor shop disappeared, foaming was eliminated, and the employees no longer experienced skin irritation. These improvements contributed to a healthier and more comfortable working environment, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency of Kinergy’s manufacturing processes. With these issues resolved, Kinergy was able to maintain its focus on innovation, product development, and delivering high-quality results for their customers.

Founded in 1965 through an agreement between Vietnam and China, Precision Mechanical Company 29 originated from Project 6505. In 1967, the Ministry of National Defense sought approval for a mortar fuse production factory, which was granted in 1967 and later led to the company’s official establishment in 1971. Over time, the company expanded its production to include mortar fuses, B40 bullet fuses, and timer fuses. In 1993, it was re-established following government restructuring, and in 2010, it became a one-member limited liability company. Today, Precision Mechanical Company 29 has grown significantly, delivering high-quality services and meeting the demands of its customers in line with government regulations.
In one of the meetings at 29 Mechanical One Member Limited Liability Company, the Blaser specialist was explaining the Li quid Tool approach. Since the company, was facing challenges at their production process, they shared their applications with the Blaser team. Then it was agreed to explore the possibility of starting a project. the company, was looking for process security, tool cost improvement and sump life. The project was setup by Vu Hai and initiated with an objective of process security and improved tool cost and sump life.
The results were overwhelming. The coolant sump life incre ased from 9 to 12 months; And there was around remarkable 89 percent saving on coolant consumption. Tool cost was also improved by over 9 percent leading to overall process security. We no longer have to stop machines every two weeks to replace the coolant. Moreover, we now enjoy a much better working environment.“
