Co-Extrusion Technology is currently one of the most prominent and advanced processing methods in the field of plastic forming. Its key feature lies in the simultaneous use of two or more different plastic materials, which are melted at high temperatures and then fed into a precisely engineered die.
Through the internal flow channel design, the molten materials are combined and fused into a multilayer structure. The film is then shaped by a cooling roller and wound into rolls, resulting in a fully integrated product where the base layer and adhesive layer are seamlessly bonded.

> The machine can be equipped with a "Waste Film Recycling Machine" which enables direct feeding of waste film into the screw, eliminating any waste plastic film and reducing costs.
