A segmented cooling ring and intelligent dual-airflow regulation make real-time gauge adjustments, dramatically reducing transverse thickness deviation. Closed-loop feedback software and ultra-responsive actuators deliver unrivaled gauge stability, critical for high-value applications requiring tight thickness tolerances.
The line also integrates an IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling) unit, boosting output by 10–15 %, stabilizing bubble diameter, and minimizing edge trim—key drivers of energy efficiency and ESG sustainability. A high-precision Gravimetric Dosing System maintains a ±0.1 % recipe accuracy, ensuring weight-per-meter consistency and superior product repeatability.
