CEIA Induction Heating Systems are widely used in the automotive industry for a range of heat treatment applications, including hardening, brazing, and annealing of critical components such as gears, shafts, and fasteners. With stable output power and highly precise temperature control, CEIA systems ensure targeted heating limited to specific areas—preserving the metallurgical integrity of each part.

The stable output power and the extremely accurate temperature control offered by CEIA devices allow the heating to be localized only to the area of interest, safeguarding the metallurgical characteristics of the sample, increasing the quality of the product, reducing production times and costs.

The CEIA System's Advantages

CEIA offers a complete line of Power Cube high and medium frequency generators, with an output power from 2kW to 200kW.

the Master C V3+ interfaces with all Ceia generators managing all the working parameters during the heat treatment process. Using the SLE pyrometers it is possible to monitor the heating temperature and regulate the power of the generator in less than 0.5ms.

Thanks to solid state technology and the use of latest generation microprocessors, Ceia induction generators guarantee linear and constant output power regulation. All generators are supplied with calibration certificate. Furthermore, the integrated web server and data logger system allows to monitor and record all parameters during the heat treatment process for product quality control.
