Techman Robot, a global leader in AI-powered collaborative robotics, has officially unveiled its first humanoid robot, TM Xplore I, at the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition. The launch marks a milestone in the company’s mission to advance AI-driven automation for industrial applications worldwide.
Integrating the NVIDIA® Isaac GR00T foundation model for robotics with Techman Robot’s proprietary AI vision technology, TM Xplore I is engineered for demanding industrial tasks such as inspection, loading/unloading, and warehouse logistics. It is specifically optimized for high-mix, high-precision production lines in semiconductor, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.
Powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson™ Orin platform for high-performance AI inference and edge computing, the humanoid features a wheeled mobile base for enhanced mobility, over 22 joint degrees of freedom for agile and human-like operation, and a quick-change end-effector system for rapid task reconfiguration.
In its debut demonstration, TM Xplore I was equipped with a German precision gripper from SCHUNK and advanced inspection cameras—showcasing its ability to combine speed, precision, and adaptability in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments. This integration enables the robot to “see, act and learn,” bringing humanoid robotics from concept to the frontlines of industrial production.
With the launch of TM Xplore I, Techman Robot opens a new chapter in AI-powered automation, delivering more flexible, intelligent, and human-like robotic solutions to meet the evolving needs of global manufacturing.
